has assisted during the last four years in organising the Hong Kong Lesbian &Gay Film and Video Festival, which is the largest of its kind in Asia. He works full-time as manager of Broadway Cinematheque and as curator for film festivals and retrospectives. The author and lecturer also holds a seat as juror at the Hong Kong Film Academy Award and at the Independent Film and Video Award. In addition, Marks works as advisor to the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
